After Town`s first league win of the season, we now await the arrival of second in the league Hereford United.

Hereford got promotion back to the football league in 2006 via the Conference Play offs and have been looking good this season. They have beat Bradford and Yeovil in the league cup, both at home and have looked good on their travels too, winning all 3 of their away games in the league.

While Town will be looking for their second league win this season has we start our climb up the league.

So far this season Town have drew all 3 of their home games 1-1, and will be looking to end that with a win.

Vital Grimsby Says:

This you would of expected to be an easy win for the Mariners before the season started, but after looking at Herefords results this season, you might have to think again.

They have had wins against Bradford, Morecambe, Wrexham, Barnet and in the league cup they beat Yeovil 4-1 and only went out the cup 2-1 away at Birmingham.

Grimsby Town Team News:

The big decision that could go on all season is whether Alan Buckley will use 4-5-1 or 4-4-2 but with a couple of injuries and doubts, Buckley could have a slightly easier decision to make.

James Hunt (hamstring) is out after his collision with Nick Fenton last Saturday and could mean a start for Andy Taylor.

Paul Bolland (sore shin) picked up at Thursdays training session and will now have to wait on a late fitness test.
