Grimsby play their last home game of the season on Saturday against already promoted Peterborough United who have been allocated 1,700 tickets for the game and are expected to sell them all.

Peterborough will be looking to leave Blundell Park with the win and hope that MK Dons slip up away to Bradford if they are to have any chance of taking the League Two title. Peterborough have already booked their place in League One and are four points behind MK Dons, so a win for the Posh on Saturday is a must.

Grimsby don`t have much apart from pride to play for and could have an affect on who wins the title. Should we get a win today and end our six game losing streak then no matter what MK Dons do Peterborough will have to settle for second place and MK Dons will be crowned champions.

Vital Grimsby Says:

Town will be looking to hopefully win both of their remaining games but the recent run of defeats makes me have doubts about winning against Peterborough. I can see another defeat for Town here but hope to be proved wrong.

Grimsby Team News:

Peter Till picked up a twisted knee while scoring against Bradford City and James Hunt who has had an Achilles problem and will miss the game to rest the injury, both players are now set to miss the final two games of the season.

Danny North (tendonitis) played for the Reserves against Lincoln and also scored a goal in the game. He is expected to be included in the team to face Peterborough.

Gary Jones has had an operation on a joint in his foot and is now another Town player set to miss the remaining two games.

Player to watch: Nathan Jarman

Impressed in the Mariners 2-1 defeat at Bradford and will be looking to impress against the Posh.

Peterborough Team News:

Peterborough look set to remain unchanged from the team that won 1-0 at Hereford last weekend.

Jamie Day (groin) is out while Liam Hatch (knee) will miss the remainder of the season.

Player to watch: Aaron McLean

Top scorer in League Two with 31 goals.
