Town`s Reserve side lost 2-0 to Sheffield United yesterday.

Grimsby`s Reserve side hosted Sheffield United at Blundell Park yesterday in a Pontins Holidays League game.

Goran Slavkovski got the Blades first goal after 25 minutes before Jordan Robertson sealed the win with 8 minutes remaining.

Andy Taylor picked up a knock in the second half and had to limp off and Alan Buckley will be hoping it’s not too serious an injury has the Mariners will look to try and end the season on an high.
