Luton Town are really back and gunning at the moment, and they shot down struggling Forest Green 6-1 tonight.
Over 5,000 at Kenilworth Road viewing the Hatters, who were 3-1 up at half time, goals from Drury (6), Morgan-Smith (14) and the Birdman himself, Danny Crow (34). Forest Green got their solitary goal through Styche on 39.
In the second half, Luton over-ran the struggling Gloucestershire side, Crow again (49), the ever popular Barnes-Homer (81) and the long distance Walker on 90 – a stunning 25 yarder by all accounts.
With Luton now on form, it’s time for the Mariners to get up that league!
